TO BE or NOT TO BE industrial hemp school by the Illinois State Universities.

In less then a week (May 6, 2014) the state Senate will get together at 1pm at the capitol in Springfield IL for agriculture and conservation hearing.  Illinois house lawmakers already have voted 70-28 in favor of the Bill 5058, which will allow the Department of Agriculture and any institution of higher learning authorized by the Department of Agriculture (Mostly Universities) to grow and cultivate industrial hemp for research purposes.

So,  in the nearest future, it could be You, who will be applying to the Industrial Hemp School of the Illinois State University!
