Industrial Hemp industry was going really good in Kentucky a few decades ago, providing jobs for thousands of farmers. But later was prohibited by the federal government being a controlled substance related to marijuana.
So after years of trying to bring the hemp industry into the state- now it's on. The general assembly signed the Bill 50 recreation of industrial hemp industry, voters are for it.
The bill will allow the state to license quickly hemp growers and bring the economy boom and job oppennings back to the state.
Thats the way to go- will see what state will follow the example first
