After blocking advertisements promoting a marijuana legalization campaigns for over two years, finally Facebook developers has changed it's policy and now you can see the ads!
Facebook rejected the ads submitted by "Just Say Now" Campaign (Nationwide Campaign for marijuana legalization) earlier this year, just as it did two years ago, because of the Marijuana Leaves on the Ad.
But after more then 15 thousand supporters signed the online petition asking Facebook to bring the "Just Say Now" Ads back, by that catching the attention of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Northern California.
The fact that Facebook approved "Just Say Now" Ads was named "Victory for Free Speech on the Internet".
Facebook allowing this ads will bode well for legalization efforts this year and hopefully in the future.
