The research, recently published by The United Nations Organization, shows that number one of the most cannabis usable country belongs to Palau.
Palau, officially Republic of Palau is an Island Country, located in the western Pacific Ocean. The population of the cannabis smoking land is a little bit over 20,000 people, but The fourth part of the country in age of 15 to 64 smoked cannabis for the past year. What a paradise...if you've ever been in Palau or at least saw it on a pictures, you would know that this is the paradise island, and not to smoke there would be just a shame..
The second place belongs to Italy with 14.6% of population who smokes cannabis. And the third one to Americans, where just 14.1% of country smoked weed for the period of the past year.
