Double frit pipe is a specialty pipe that has been blown using a unique technique. The Frits aka small colored pieces of glass are intorduced by glass blower during the heating processes and line up inside the clear smoke glass pipe to create textured unique design. Different colored glass pieces are blended and faded together creating colorful pattern that looks sometimes like ombre (2 or more colors gradually switching each other). Double frit pipes are heavier and thicker then usual glass pipe since larger amount of glass is used. Double frit pipes are famous for their longer lasting glass and perfect for heavy duty service.
